Graceful failure when the model is confident and wrong. draft
Certainty is not a signal you can use. The interface has to be designed for the case where the answer arrives fluent, formatted, and false.
Why most agents feel like demos, not products. draft
A demo optimizes for the happy path in front of one person. A product has to survive the second tenant, the compliance reviewer, and the integration that never opens the UI.
